DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE
At Klovadent, new technologies have been introduced for painless treatment, and innovative instruments are being implemented. Thus, for qualitative treatment of tooth cavity affected by caries (tooth decay), Leica microscope is used. It enables us to recognise the deasease at the early stages. Thus, the quality of treatment is improved, infected tissues are carefully separated, dissection is performed with maximum preservation of tooth tissues, and fillings are guaranteed to be reliable.
Filling materials “Asteria” and “Enamel” allow to imitate the color, structure and transparency of the surface. These photopolymer materials enable to recreate the original design of the tooth. They harden under the influence of ultraviolet rays. Due to these properties, the doctor has an unlimited amount of time for shaping the tooth crown.
In case considerable part of the tooth is destroyed, we use ceramic inlays for restoration of the defect. Caramic is a very durable material, therefore it can withstand much greater pressure than photocomposite; inlays have a high accuracy of fitting to the walls of a tooth; they restore an exact function of the tooth; are ideal in terms of aesthetics, and keep their properties unchanged for a long time.
